I'm Kara, a proud zillenial and communications specialist based in Cape Town. I'm using my skills to write content and manage PR for a higher education provider.

I have been published in local as well as international news publications, including Reuters, CNN, MoneyWeb and Netwerk24 and worked as a crime and political journalist after graduating from Stellenbosch University in 2020.

Finding a job amid a global pandemic is not something I would recommend but it has led me to discover my love for content creation and writing.

When I'm not writing, I like to read other people's writing whether hard-news stories, fashion magazines or fiction novels.
